Account Closure Process

If you wish to close your JourneyFin account, we are here to assist you through the process. Please follow the steps outlined below:

 

1. Settle Any Outstanding Loans

Before proceeding with the account deletion request, ensure that all outstanding loans are fully repaid via the JourneyFin mobile app.

 

2. Submit an Account Deletion Request

1. Self-Service via App

Once all pending debts are cleared:

  • Go to Account Settings → Account Deletion
  • Select Permanently Delete Account and confirm
  • The system will process your request immediately

2. Manual Request via Email

Alternatively, you may:

  • Email help@journeyfin.cc with the subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your registered mobile number for verification
  • Our support team will process your request within 3 business days

 

Important Information

Irreversible Action: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All related data, including transaction history and personal information, will be permanently removed from our system.
